You’re acting like she forced you to watch or forced you to stand by the door and listen which I highly doubt that. Why are you so nosy? She obviously doesn’t get to see her husband a lot so when she does she takes advantage of it and it sounds like she goes to the bathroom to get away from you and turns on the shower to avoid you hearing her. It’s not your business. Leave her alone.
