My roommate has an issue with my philosophy, who is right
"whoever seent it will be the one who cleant it"
It's my credo. I think it's perfectly reasonable and logically sound. Whoever notices the mess has to clean it up! I think it's better than saying whoever makes the mess cleans it up.
P.S. I am blind but I don't tell my roommates that until after they sign the agreement. However, that shouldn't matter since legally that's their burden to find out before agreeing to it.
