My prince Albert (A piercing on my dickhead) has been looking kind of swollen lately. Does this sound like something to worry about?

      My thoughts exactly.
      Or put a tight rubberband around it until it turns black & falls off on it's own. Don't worry about the smell of spoiled meat.

        Well, that's what he gets for piercing his shlong. I don't think it's normal to piece one's privates. It's probably not healthy either.

    Ibuprofen is for inflammation, it sounds to me as if he has an infection, in which case he almost certainly needs antibiotics and in the meantime keep that organ away from other people in case it's something infectious
