Not every woman can stay slim when pregnant, some women can't control gaining weight no matter what they do.. p.s. yeah i think its better you separate coz i'm sure she won't be happy anyway staying in a relationship with a narcissist who can't love unconditonally and i can tell you won't be a truly good father anyway and probably just screw your kid up.. I hope she realizes that and move on with her life happily without you.
