You may want to start taking probiotics, you can get some at gnc or any health food store or pharmacy. The probiotics help to build up the flora in your intestines. The flora is what keeps your intestines healthy and balanced. Make sure you drink lots of water.
I use to have IBS and would poop about 5 or 6 times everyday, like the poop you were describing and worse. I lived like that my entire life. I started taking this stuff called Flora Balance which is a probiotic and a couple of months later I got all better, I took the flora balance for a year before I completely stopped taking it.
