  • Yeah I just don’t see how we have to Apologize for what our ancestors did when we have nothing to do with it. It’s what they learned. And we learned the opposite, I grew up in almost an all black school being white with almost all black friends that I love dearly and in no way was I privileged at all either I don’t like how you said that. There’s black and white people who are privileged it’s only all about money now days not race.

    • Agreed. No one is responsible for the actions of their ancestors, nor should they pay the price for what they did. If an ancestor of mine robbed a bank, should I have to do the prison time for it? That is how ridiculous that line of thought is to me. I can guarantee EVERYONE has ancestors somewhere down the line that did something despicable. Just because someone shares DNA with someone who did something bad doesn't mean they support or believe in it.
