  • Trust me, you are not alone. What you just described reminds me of myself SO MUCH. I get severely angry and lash out and then wonder why the heck I just lashed out like that. Birth control for me, made it even worse. You are completely normal. Hormones are truly insane when you take the time to read about how they can affect your mood and your brain. It’s nothing you can really stop but it is something you can work on. I too, have blocked people and then talked to them the day after lol. Granted you and I might have some hormone imbalances. Try and be conscious of the fact that it’s not you, it’s your hormones. Stay more isolated during these moments and stay off your phone if you think you’re going to lash out at people. Instead do things that make you happy when you’re alone. Play a game, watch a movie, exercise, draw. I find that helps me. Remind yourself that even though you have these extreme feelings that it’s not always okay to act on them. Remember how you regret things you say when you have these feelings. And if nothing helps try therapy if you can. Good luck!

    • Hey!

Thank you for your response! I appreciate it. I could possibly handle things differently, but sometimes choosing peace is not even an option because it does not even cross my mind. Most of the time I am so focused on acting on my impulsive decisions which could be starting an argument, being hostile, bringing something up that occurred 3 years ago, and after it, I do think to myself, why did I do that? I feel like I was born toxic :(

      • I totally get that. I do the same things, it’s nice to know there’s someone out there who feels the same way. Hugs to you! Hopefully we can get through it
