You can contract STDs from oral sex too, and possibly even making out, although the latter is pretty rare. Plus, you CAN be born with one if your mother were to pass it to you during birth. You may have some sort of sweat burn too though. UTIs are pretty rare in males, but i wouldnt rule that out either. Go to the doctor! He/She is the only one that can really clear this up for you and give you some relief!
