Yeah you could do it that way probably. Ive heard that once you are evicted you have 30 days to leave regardless of the circumstances. If he is living there he doesnt have to leave right away. The laws protecting ppl like that are madness. Id look into that tho. Tell his bro you are evicting him.
Its different if they pay rent. But im pretty sure it's actually harder to evict someone squatting in your living space than to get them out of an abandoned building
