Try to not breach the subject EVERY day. Take the time to show her your interested in what makes her happy - take things in your relationship back to that new stage of learning about each other (which is also when you can't get enough of each other). When she sees you asking why she doesn't want sex then it comes across like all you care about are your needs - if you drop it for awhile and concentrate on things that interest her then she will WANT to give you what she thinks will make YOU happy in return!
