Ok there are two responses to this one:
1) Put on your big girl panties and move out... Now!
2) If your paying for the car and insurance (and all of it's in your name) and a license then get in YOUR car and drive it! Your mom and dad can't stop you from doing so. If you feel that you need back up to take control of your car you could always call the cops. (a bit extreme but it would make an impression)
