Not quite psycho, but unfair, hypocritical, and foolish yes. They are a product of a society that puts arbitrary rules and unneeded regulations of things that vary greatly on situation.
Not only that, but taking all those things away from you just shows that they are the less mature ones. Making other's lives worse for their own benefit.
