Seriously, she is a kid. You're the adult. It's only natural for young girls to have feelings and crushes for older men and even their older siblings to some degree. I've been in the same type of situation. Even if you're attracted to her and vice-versa, she is not mature and not old enough to know what she wants and how she feels. Forget the law, religion, and cultural standards... This is an "area of moral clarity". Letting it go any further would be simply wrong. I'm not saying that what you're feeling isn't natural. Everyone has been in situations similar to this. Young girls often have semi-sexual emotional feelings for their siblings, relatives, and even their father. Enjoy what you have with your niece.
