Why are they doing this? I wake up at 7:00am, usually before all others in the house, and just want to enjoy the morning, but they usually start a little before this? And again, at midday, they sound they they move tables for an hour straight! Why? Is it a sport? A demonstration?

Tweaker is a word that I learned when I first moved to Las Vegas back in 2001, it's a slang for a crystal meth addict. I assume it's because it's not uncommon for people on crystal meth to disassemble, and reassemble things that aren't broken, and or embark upon unnecessary home improvements.
It sounds like you have lived an interesting life haha I am sure it's not meth though!
I suppose I've lived a rather interesting life, but I've only shared a small fraction about my life here on Is It Normal. However, learning about the definition of the word tweaker isn't really all that interesting. I've never done, or even tried crystal meth amphetamine... not even once. It's not only bad for your teeth, but also bad for your bones. It can also cause users to hallucinate "shadow people", which sounds too scary for my taste.
