    I don't like seeing creatures or people suffer or die, but I can fully understand you feeling relieved. You didn't like the dog or its owner, it wasn't your responsibility to care for it, and it was causing you annoyance.

    We have a neighbour who's a major dickhead. Before we stopped talking to him altogether (like many other neighbours do), he constantly pissed and moaned about his heart condition and how he needs an operation. While I wouldn't actually do anything to harm him, I realised a while ago that if I saw him sprawled on the ground in his back garden, I wouldn't do a damn thing about it.

      I too have a heart condition, but I don't moan about it, so I guess that means you'd help me if you saw me having another heart attack?

      So you wouldn't even call 000 or 911 or whatever the emergency line is where you live? You'd just leave him to die because he annoys you?
