I read it and it isn't normal. It is totally abnormal. Do you feel it's really weird or are you just a bit freaked out?
I dont know how old you are, I'm guessing you're still at school. At least she can't overpower you, it would be more scary if you were a girl and your dad was doing this. Then you would have to get out quick.
