Take the time to focus on you. Hopefully your grandma will continue to support you. Please seek further mental health support. Perhaps your grandma can mediate between you and your mom? I understand she's probably distressed at what happened, but YOU are the one going through shit. Her focus should be on helping you get through whatever it is that led you to that.
