There's a difference between trying to humiliate you / freak you out, and feel you up. You can answer your own question better than we can.

It depends if she was kidding around trying to get on your nerves or if she just randomly groped you in a sexual manner. You need to use common sense in these situations

"Molestation" is when a person touches another person's body innapropiately. It is when a person fondles the breast area or the vaginal/penile area. It is a felony, and is not okay, REGARDLESS of what gender the molester would be.

But, I agree with Avant-Garde, you didn't give much detail in your post. Like when did she stop touching you, when did she start?

I would recommend that you tell your freinds, but don't stop there -- tell the police, and all. And even confront your mother about it.

How old were you and how old are you now? It's hard to exactly know as you didn't put much info. Did you ever tell her to stop?Did she know that you hated it or did she refuse to stop? Was it a quick tap or did she really take her time? Either way, it doesn't sound normal. It's odd. My family used to make remarks about my possibly growing breasts when I was younger. Thankfully, they never felt me up, though! If this bothers you, you should tell someone.

There are two places your mother has no right to touch, one is breasts ( I don't care whether it was at the bottom, that means she probably attempted to touch your breasts) two is your vagina.

If she did touch, than yes, it is considered child molestation.

She probably wanted to fuck you...cuz i have never known anybody do that and not want anything out of it...you should have done it back...you know...for a reaction.
