Abused like beaten with a ruler? Pretty much guarantee you won't get custody and certainly not without a documented reason like CPS could give. But whatever you asked for ideas
Firstly, search up documentaries on CPS and see how much injust goes on behind the scenes. CPS and CAS are all horrible organizations. Not for every case but for my cousins. They were placed in both and they were abused even worse then they ever were at home.

No way, I've had family members get taken away from CPS and get abused. I don't trust that horrible crap.
