i used to be so afraid to leave the house and always feel guilty about it especially when it was for my brothers or sister. i would want to leave the house so bad for them, but i just could not. if you do feel guilty you should not. by the way i am better now. it took a lot to get me to this point, but it is possible. your mom just wants you act like she maybe would have acted at your age. you can never do everything that your parents want. it sucks to have a parent put you down but i have somewhat learned not to worry about it as much although it took a long time.
