Meaning the desire/curiosity was probably already there, the alcohol just let that side of her out into the open..

As for you getting aroused, DO NOT FEEL GUILTY! Our bodies have an "auto-pilot" that reacts to physical & visual stimuli, meaning that feeling her body against yours triggered something AUTOMATIC that you could not control (even if you wanted). As for you enjoying it (it "feeling good"), again DO NOT FEEL GUILTY! The "pleasure" nerves down there sent pulses to the brain, triggering a feeling of enjoyment, again OUTSIDE your control.

Moving forward: if you don't want this to happen again, 2 options
1) talk to her while both completely sober, tell her plainly it can't happen EVER again.
2) tell your parents she forced herself on you. They won't call the cops on you, but they may force her to get counselling or even psychological care (depending on what caused this, she may actually need help). This could destroy your relationship with her, she may resent you for this, so be careful with considering this option

If you are ok with this happening again, sit her down and discuss boundaries/limits. ie, she can't just jump you like that, she has to ask permission; you will have to wear condoms in future; if she can, she should get on The Pill; it has to be complete secret; if you get "found out" she has to support you by saying she initiated it and it was consensual, this may help soften any punishment you may get (including legal), as after all she is a minor.

Most important, when talking to her, be calm. Don't get angry at her. Do not make her feel guilty. If she was raped it would explain this as child victims of rape can act out like this (not saying she was raped, but it's possible). If she was NOT raped, but simply exploring her sexuality/sexual desires, then condemning her will have lasting psychological damage. Reassure her its ok to have these desires, but she has to act on them more appropriately.

It's very far from normal and completely up to you if you wanna be happy with it or tell someone. Think carefully through your decision though. Remember that you didn't cause this, technically, you got raped bro, and that sure as hell isn't normal. Do what you feel is right, what would make you feel better.
