My mind has become dislodged

I get lost in an infinite, pointless, circular train of thought and lose track of time and my surroundings.

I’m concerned because I’m usually able to pull myself out of it, but over the past few months haven’t been able to and it’s started to affect my life negatively. Being concerned about punctuality no longer has any effect on me. I have also talked to myself while looking straight at someone and been almost completely unaware of them until later.

My co-workers say I whisper to myself and they can hear my thoughts. They say it’s all nonsense. I also have very heavy auditory hallucinations at night, people screaming, voices.

Is It Normal?

  • Wow man, psychosis is knocking at the door of your brain. Print the text from your post and bring it to a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist. They will run some routine blood tests and then prescribe medications that will help you.

  • Sounds like paranoid schizophrenia? Ive seen cases of autism that fit that description as well. I recommend seeing a doctor, as treatment can help.

  • Just become aware of everything you do and try not to worry others. Seek counseling please.

  • Try magic mushrooms or at least watch a few videos or do some reading about them.
