I have watched the show. Fluttershy was my favorite character too.
I get that she has your dream girl personality, but her characteristics are based on traits of real people. There are girls out there with similar personalities. You just have to find them. To find them, you have to get out more. To get out more, you need to hang out with some friends. To make friends, you could join some clubs or organizations that interest you.
So start by getting involved! You may feel a little awkward at first, but the only way you will meet other people will be by getting yourself out there! I'm sure there is even an anime club, and lots of people who watch anime have also watched mlp, so you may have a similar interest there. You just have to try. :3
