every time i wanna play sports but i did a surgery a year ago i dont know if it has anything to do with the surgery but the bones under my knee sticks out and it hurts when i fall there is it normal?

    Either see your own doctor or see if you can be referred to a sports medicine specialist. No-one here can really diagnose you as well as a professional could.
