Yeah even I question this one.
Is it normal kids are curious and often touch themselves/each other? Yes.
Is it normal to use her mouth on her friend...Not as normal but if she's seen a movie or her mom do it ok...
But to use the vibrator too...Yeah sounds to me like someone has shown her what to do. And that isn't normal.
