If the complains are something you can work on, then maybe challenge yourself to do a better job instead of beating on yourself as inferior.
But on the other hand if your boss is just an asshole, then there's not much you can do except leave. It's not the end of the universe though, just start looking around for another job. You definitely shouldn't continue to work here though if it's making you feel this bad.
