This is what I call real life. There's no perfect job and I felt that way a couple of years ago. The situation has gotten better because I have learned that frustation is part of what you get from your job and I have come to accept the fact that sometimes (especially when you work with customers) people will complain about the service you offer, sometimes you'll feel bad, very bad but if you are strong enough eventually all those things would not affect you. If you can't change the situation YOU have to change.
