My husband and I have been married for 5 years, and we love eachother so much.

Usually we just do missionary position (guy above girl) in bed, or reverse missionary (girl above guy) and I enjoy both.
Sometimes we lie facing on our sides, or I sit on his lap, which is quite gentle.
But recently he's been asking to sleep with me from behind - not doggy, but just lying on me from the back. I so hate the idea.
Should I do it?
is it normal not to want to?

    What exactly the issue is here. If you just don't want it tell him clearly no, you don't have to give explanation for liking or not-liking everything, he should understand and accept or give it a try for once

    Where's the problem? It's a quite normal position and actually quite a fun one. Have him restrain your arms(by placing his arms he's leaning on to left and right of yours respectively) on your back for extra joy.

    Or do you think positions in which you don't look at each other are too animalistic? News flash, the whole ACT of sex is animalistic, just look at each others faces, especially during orgasm, if you don't believe that.

    If you don't like this, spooning, doggy or reverse cowgirl, you're missing out.(and those are just the more popular ones that i remember the names of in which you are not facing one another.). Do remember that "doggy" is actually the main position for mammals all around the world. Thats the way nature intended, with optimal deep penetration, the possibility for both partners contributing(in case of humans) etc...you really should give those things a try, and not hate on the idea because of....
