My dad was in the same position. Two M.Ds and no one would hire him! Take the job but still go to interviews. The longer without work the less likely he is to be hired. Also get a headhunter. They will find interviews that he matches the description for
My hubby took the job but after a bit he will start looking again and yeah he'll continue to use headhunters. You're right the longer you're out of work the less likely he was to be hired.
At the very least the job he took treats him well other than the low pay.
My hubby lost his job, can only get interviews in jobs paying much less
