I feel like most places only want people willing to take way less money to do the job. He may be best qualified for the position but whatever saves them the most money is usually the option they will go with.. i don’t have a whole lot of work experience but been in “management” for 5 years and we always always always have to pick the candidate that is willing to take less money for the job.
My hubby lost his job, can only get interviews in jobs paying much less
