It's usually just air that's trapped somewhere. It makes sense because it passes with a breathe, your breathing doesn't exactly affect your circulation so the pain shouldn't be comming from your heart. I don't think everyone has this problem but I get it sometimes, my mom does, my friends do so unless you're really convinced it's your heart I wouldn't think much of it.
This is extremely common look up precordial catch syndrome, it goes away in your 20s
That's happened to me too! I was visiting some family members in Texas and I got this really sharp pain in my chest, I was struck on the floor in agonizing pain. Put your arms over your head if it happens again, it makes it easier for you to breathe.
i have that alot but i was one of them kida that was hooked up to shit when i was born because i had a beat missing from my heart
i had the same exact problem. one day i woke up and flung myself off the bed becuase the pain was so severe i couldn't breathe. i told my mom about it and she said that it was heartburn but it was smack in the middle of my heart. so she took me to the doctor's and he said my upper chest is inflamed because i'm growning to fast. advil is the only way to cure it.
You may have a history of heart disease in your family. Check with your parents and see if any of your grandparents etc, had a problem with their heart. If they do, then you have to be more careful on what you eat, and exercise. Especially eating. If you don't, you must consult with a doctor immediatly. I know it's a drag to book a appointment to see the doctor, and so on, but this is your heart we are talking about, and im no professional or such, but the one thing i do know is that if i have any problems with my body,(heart especially, then i always consult a doctor)
Good luck friend.
