My head really hurts for some reason

So I was just laying in bed, half-laying down and half-sitting up and playing a game, when suddenly, there was this huge surge of pain from my neck to my forehead for some reason. I have no idea what that was from, and the pain is still faintly there in the back of my temples. What is this?

Headaches are normal. And it could stem from tense neck if you feel it there. Do some stretches and work on your posture.

It’s called a headache. Take some paracetamol

Pinched nerve. Don't sit/lay, your body doesn't like it.

  • Sounds like the sudden migraines i have. They start in my upper neck and go forward toward my temples. If you keep having them like several each month I recommend getting a prescription for imitrex. That stuff is amazing.
