Sounds like me that! It's an over active fight or flight response flooding your body with adrenalin. What causes this? If it's fear of getting into a fight, use that adrenalin and you'll surprise yourself. Just be careful cause I've gone a bit too far with it in the past and ended up really hurting people and my hands.
