    I would say it's normal. Some people aren't comfortable with doing something their partner is.

    If you wanted to have it done while she wouldn't want to then I would say she's being selfish and you shouldn't do it to her until she does it to you but it seems like you're fine with the way it is, so it's not biggy. :)
