      lotsa places gots tenants and squatters rights laws

      if shes livin there he cant just thrower out the door

      if he could prove she beat his ass then he could pull a restrainin order but hed hafta plan it out

        True, however if he has asked her to leave and she refuses multiple times, get the cops involved and she'll be outta there...
