Shit, no dude. That is really unhealthy. You can't be held hostage in a relationship, regardless of whether you love someone or not. You obviously know that she needs very serious help. You need to inform her family members...or someone that can get her on a temp psyche hold. She might see this as a betrayal, but if it's as serious as you say, she could die...she could die.
