      Yes, but those people are abnormal, and that sort of attraction is pathological, and fetishistic. It's not healthy to weigh 300 pounds.

        No, it is not healthy to weigh 300 lbs, however some people are attracted to it anyway. Not all these people want to feel this way, they just do.
