It's normal to an extent that you are angry because your girlfriend slept with someone else and you started keeping an eye on her almost all the time.
Making her come to you calling out sick from her own work is harmful to her profession is not a normal behavior to have.
Getting guys to have their way and dump her is a sick move and is a criminal offence. Such ideas will make you a sick person and are obviously not normal.
I will suggest you to consider that she is calling off her work to go to you. There are a lot many ways to mend a relationship. Seek help to get your relationship back to normal and have your anger under control.
If you are not able to do that, I will suggest ending your relationship instead of harming her in any way.
