I would let him know that you're not comfortable with it but honestly consider it, you never know if you'd like it if you don't try it. I'll admit I'm bi but in no way flamboyant, I'm very straight-acting (I don't care who disagrees/is against the gay community...). But honestly there's nothing wrong with being curious and trying new things. But if you truly know you won't like it, then tell him to back off politely. If he persists and your answer is still no, I'd tell HR.
