    He shudnt get a pass jus cuz he's gay.I find it so disrespectful if gay guys hit on/flirt with someone they know is straight

      I agree with this guy, and have you actually told him how you feel and that you want him to stop etc? Just try speaking to the guy

      This is true also of same-gender approaches. Under the law, there is no differentiation. Federal law does not delineate between same sex harassment and opposite sex harassment.
