I don't know if flamboyant means normal but saying he wants to blow you is almost just as bad as a dude randomly telling his female coworker he wants to fuck them. If you can't help him wise up you should let hr handle it.
Um no its not life is grey not black and white. Men are bigger and stronger than women end of story. Plus women can always get some, men can't (gay men can)
What does strength have to do with it? You think when a man tells a coworker: "I'd fuck you" it means he's gonna rape her?
Probably not, it's just totally inappropriate. You don't have to be strong to be a pig.
Also, if you say "women can always get some" you're only thinking of particular kind of woman. I know heavier ladies who have a very hard time finding someone and I know hot straight guys who get some every other day. Altough most men could do that if they had lower standards.
"almost" as bad? Why almost, sexual harrassment is sexual harrassment. If he persists after you've clearly refused, report it. IF he's fired that's the result of behaving inappropriately in the workplace.
Turn your brain on: sexual assault is sexual assault regardless of how often it happens to other people. You're comparing apples with oranges: to make it really simple for you, an act of sexual assault is just that and how often it happens to one group is an entirely different issue, on which you are in fact correct, but irrelevant
I said as much. You nitpicked that I said "almost as bad" and I stated my reason why. It's more threatening for a male of any stature to be sexually suggestive to a woman with no context or sense of boundary than if he were to do it to a man.
Depends on the woman, depends on the man, it's not relevant because it's still sexual harrassment and I say that as a woman who's survived sexual assualt
My gay coworker wants to blow me.
