Most women require a very specific sort of stimulation on a very specific point inside their vagina in order to squirt. You say oral can result in you squirting, so it sounds like this doesn't apply to you. (My wife squirted long before it became an internet porn thing, and what does it for her is rapid patting on the area of her clitoris once she's already had at least one orgasm. Which just goes to show that there are few hard and fast rules when it comes to female sexuality.)

I wonder if you're actually capable of reaching orgasm due to penis-in-vagina sex alone; the majority of women can't, simply because the position of their clitoris relative to their vagina means the clitoris doesn't get sufficient stimulation.

I also wonder if it might be the case that your particular anatomy, the geometry of his dick and the positions you use mean that there's the wrong sort of pressure. Maybe his penis is pressing on your urethra and the result is like what happens if you step on a garden hose. So try different positions and try more direct clitoral stimulation. If everything fails, tell him that his dick is just too damn big to allow you to squirt. That might make him stop pestering you.
