Is this the same person that wrote this story a couple of days ago with the exact same title with just a lil different wording? Sure sounds like it. But dude, I am telling you, google parasite symptoms because I bet you that's what's wrong. I had the same problems you are describing and multiple doctors told me it was ibs but nothing they gave me helped. Personally I think it's sad that our society doesn't educate about this but there are over 1000 parasites that can live in the human body but only 45 are detectable by doctors.
That being said I'm sure your doctor probably ran every test possible and most likely just came to the ibs conclusion because they saw nothing else that they could explain. If you truly are looking for answers to help solve this problem you will at least look into this. Good luck :)
