Normally she can keep her boundaries, but coming from a wild country family (the redneck type that wears camo and drinks beer like water), things often go down hill after a couple of cans.

LOL. I don't think you should sleep with her if you don't want to. If one of my male friends told me they're a virgin and wanted to stop being a virgin with me i'd decline. If I wanted to sleep with them I wouldn't be friends with them.
Plus it can mess up the friendship. I don't know how much you value this friendship but if you really like her as a friend you might come to regret that. Also it sounds very strange that a lesbian would ever consider sleeping with a man just to lose her virginity. A real lesbian wouldn't enjoy sex with a man or ever want it. Just imagine it yourself if you're straight, would you have sex with one of your guy pals just to stop being a virgin?...
