Yeah, I'd just tell the parents about this sort of thing, if nothing else it will open up the door for them to talk to her about it. It could be a warning sign of abuse, it could just be her being curious. Do not talk to the child directly about it, you don't want anyone to get the wrong impression and it will look very incriminating against you to talk to someone else's child about sex.
