She probably accidentally discovered it. I accidentally discovered it when I was 7. I was pressurizing a water gun during the summer. I couldn't pump it fast enough with my 2 hands. My friends kept getting me. I came up with the Idea to put it in between my legs and sit and use both hands to pump it up. And you can really guess the rest. I didn't know what it was at the time (I made the connection at age 9 or 10). My guess is that the girl has no idea what it means. I'm no parent, but I think it's nothing to worry about.
