Seems like she could be an acquaintance I'd probably feel the same way if I was in your situation, because I wouldn't want to impose or anything. You can call the police to report what's going on in her house though anonymously.
Yes. I agree. Call the police. You may not like her. But she is a human and does not deserve this abuse. Get your other friends to start blowing the whistle too.
