I don't get it, why does he like it there? don't I poop from there? and doesn't it stink?
He constantly tries to do it and I end up having to move out the way and sometimes have to push him off or slightly scold him for it.

It is something intimate so it interest him. I don't know that it is notmal or not but it can be clen and nice to look at or feel.
