So i recently told my friend ''Bianca'' that i liked girls and she told my other friend ''Beatrice'' i didnt care that Bianca told Beatrice because i had already told Beatrice how i felt. So today my friend ''Deana'' asked me if i was Bi and i lied and said no because i didnt want her to know. When i asked Bianca why Deana had asked me that she said she told some of her friends how i was Bi she also told them that i liked her.(which i do)so i got angry with bianca and she said she just needed advice and she could tell who ever she wanted to because its her mouth...

I know this story is REALLY confusing but i hope u understand and u can help me because i dont know if i should hate Bianca or stay friends with her just...tell me how u would handle the situation THANKS!

    Girls live for gossip, you can't really expect anything less. But as a male, I hate this, and would stop talking to this person, or at least never tell her anything personal again. I have gal friends that are the same way, that I would love to open up to, but I know for a fact that they would tell a certain person, whom I didn't want to know.

      Oh, that's such ripe horseshit. Men gossip every bit as atrociously as women. Your advice to stop talking to "Bianca" is dead-on, but did you have to set it off with a flaming bag of sexism left at the OP's doorstep?

        I never said guys don't gossip, but girls are FAR FAR FAR worse about it. The only time I have ever personally gossiped, is when these same gal friends literally begged me to.

    That was a really crappy thing she did. A friend doesn't do that. If you still want to be friends with her, try to talk it out again. If not, let it go. You like her so I know you want to stay friends. ;) Good luck.

    Bianca the Backstabber. Yeah I would distance myself from this Bianca chick if she wants to know why you are cutting her out of your life tell her that you can't trust her anymore. Also, although it would be ideal if we could always trust our friends with our secrets, it might be best to limit what personal information you tell so called friends.

    Oh my! I'm sorry you this had to happen to you. Once upon a pond, a similar thing on sexuality happened to me and my life was nearly ruined! It is quite clear that you can't trust "Bianca" with your personal business. You really need to cut her out of your life. Good Luck!

    She sounds like an idiot. Just because it is her mouth does not give her a right to share YOUR business. I would be pissed off as well. She sounds like an idiot and I would say to make it even tell everyone something embarrassing she told you in confidence. This is really fucked up but not a lot of things you can do to stop it.

    Cut "Bianca" out of your life. She's insensitive, immature and a bad friend. When you tell her to piss off, I hope you also tell her that she isn't your type anyway, just because she deserves the extra helping of scorn for claiming you liked her.

    I'm sorry that happened to you, but when you confide a big secret, there's always the chance it'll spread. As Changes123 noted, lesson learned: Some people are not trustworthy.
