My friend has a very short temper how can i help this

My friend Megan is the same age as me and we are real good friends but there is only one thing wrong she has a very sort temper like today one of the boys was actually being nice and brought her bag up stars for her and shed been looking everywhere for it and when she noticed that he had it she had a right hissy fit. is it normal for people to act like this?

    Not sure. Did she lose it or did she suspect someone took it? Not nice to be angry with those that are helping you. Possibly normal to get angry is someone moved your stuff and caused you problems. Regardless, sounds like she is stressed.

    You can't change her but if she's generally angry maybe something in her life is making her angry? Ask her if anything's bothering her and can you help, but don't ask her when she's angry, ask her when she's calm
